PLEASE READ Returns
We have in affect a 30 day return policy. All items returned after 30 days must be approved prior to returning and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns of special order items (Noted on item details) will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
Special Orders / Drop shipped Back Orders
We require all special ordered items and items to be drop shipped from our suppliers to be prepaid. This includes items that are on back order with our suppliers as we do not have control of shipping dates. Should an item be placed on back order and prepaid, and you do not wish to wait the time period required, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Payment Options
We offer a variety of payment and order processing methods. Simply pay online via Paypal or with your credit card, print and fax in using your credit card, print and mail in using your credit card or include a check or money order with your mail in order. Orders paid by check or money order will not be shipped until funds have cleared. A $15 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
Sales Tax
If shipped within the state of Georgia sales tax of 7% will be added to your order total. Tax will be adjusted prior to processing depending on you local tax rate.
Shipping & Handling
All orders will be shipped via the method that Cruzn Concepts, or our suppliers, feel is best for the product(s) being ordered. These methods include, but are not limited to , USPS, UPS, DHL and Fedex. Shipping is calculated based on 5% of order total, plus a base $5.50 fee ($20.50 base fee for Alaska and Hawaii). Some products may also include additional "oversized" or "special handling" shipping charges.
Express handling can be requested. Please contact us for express handling fees.
International Shipping
Cruzn Concepts currently does not offer International shipping.

General
All parts are guaranteed for 90 days to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee does not apply in the event of any misuse, nelglect, modifications or improper installation.
